Absolutely great job I do that my self I built a two story 21′ X 18′ SHED built with 100 year old oak , and recycled siding, windows and doors from a building they brought down in Vandalia IL , could I possibly go to work fulltime doing this for anyone.

This DOES happen every day. You just don’t see the people making two story, comfy homes out of old grain silos and cabins out of fallen timber sealed with natural cement (in the news)every day because it isn’t as quaint or modern.

Pretty cool, however, as a roofer, The pic of the roof is pretty shocking. recycling old shingles pretty much guarantees leaks within 5 yrs, and just the way they are applied is sloppy and prone to leaks

Some of these pics, including the first one of the tree house, is where I lived once. The one with the picture frame samples ceiling was the ceramics studio I rented from Dan right across from the treehouse. I loved living there, and Dan is a great guy.
It’s cool to see him get coverage and credit.
And yes, the buildings and houses are all in Huntsville, Tx, where I lived while attending Sam Houston State University.
